Algoste K2 is a dietary supplement featuring a comprehensive formula based on calcium, magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, vitamin C, zinc, and boron, designed to supplement the daily diet with seven nutrients. The calcium is derived from Lithothamnion—a calcareous marine alga—via Aquamin F, a natural source of calcium and magnesium obtained from Lithothamnion algae harvested in the North Atlantic. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium, while calcium, magnesium, vitamins C, D, and K, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Each daily dose of two tablets provides 800 mg of calcium, 250 mg of magnesium, 100 µg of vitamin K2, 25 µg of vitamin D3, 80 mg of vitamin C, 15 mg of zinc, and 3 mg of boron. The package contains 60 tablets, providing a 30-day supply at the recommended dosage. Take two tablets daily after a main meal.
