Minerlyte is a dietary supplement containing potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), and vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Each sachet contains 325 mg of potassium, 200 mg of magnesium, 27.36 mg of sodium, 5 mg of vitamin B6, and 25 mcg of vitamin B12.
